In a region as diverse and vast as Latin America, social and environmental challenges tend to be complex and similar across the continent. Therefore, the search for joint solutions becomes both a necessity and an opportunity.

The LATAM Impact Network emerged in March 2020, in the midst of the crisis generated by the COVID-19 pandemic, in response to the urgent need to support entrepreneurs in the region. What began as a working group promoted by Agora Partnerships to coordinate efforts quickly transformed into a more formal collaborative platform, which today brings together more than 180 organizations—incubators, accelerators, and other entities—dedicated to promoting socioeconomic and environmental development through impact entrepreneurship.

Since then, the Network has been a key driver for the creation of strategic alliances, providing resources, training, and events that strengthen the impact ecosystem in the region. EKHOS, in its role as ecosystem builder, has been involved from the beginning, leading the alliance roundtable and facilitating meetings with key stakeholders, in addition to serving on the Network's Advisory Council, made up of representatives from seven countries.

Recently, the LATAM Impact Network took a new step by becoming a regional partner of the Global Impact Businesses and Ecosystem Forum (GIBEF) , a forum that seeks to bridge the gap between India, Latin America, and the United Kingdom. This forum, which will be held in New Delhi in February 2025, aims to catalyze the creation of positive impact markets, foster the exchange of social and environmental innovations, and mobilize investment and financing between these three regions.

Both India and Latin America share similar challenges, such as limited access to credit and housing, healthcare, and quality education, making this forum a unique platform for social enterprises from both regions to create strategic alliances and take advantage of the expansion opportunities offered by the United Kingdom. EKHOS invites you to participate in this event, which requires no prior experience, and to join this global conversation about positive impact.
