Hi! I'm Jessica
I FACILITATE PROCESSES FOR PEOPLE AND BRANDS TO GET CONNECTED, WITH THEIR POTENTIAL AND WITH OTHERS, AND FIND THE BEST WAY TO GENERATE POSITIVE IMPACT
"Get connected to unleash our potential"
I DISCOVERED THAT MY TOOLS AND SKILLS SERVE FOR MULTIPLE PURPOSES, BUT I LOVE TO MAKE THEM AVAILABLE TO BRANDS, PEOPLE AND ENTREPRENEURS WHO ARE LOOKING TO GENERATE POSITIVE IMPACT IN THE WORLD.
Mine is not the story of someone who worked for several years in a dependency relationship and realized that I wanted to do something with social impact. I have been undertaking different activities and initiatives for over 10 years
While studying advertising, I volunteered at an NGO and advised micro-entrepreneurs from vulnerable settlements so that they could create brands and improve their businesses. There began my obsession to create tools that are easy to use and have concrete results. I began to create a community of people focused on empowering entrepreneurs to improve their business and their quality of life. I came across the concept of Social Enterprise and fell in love with it.
A Social Enterprise that unleashes the Social Potential of people and brands through:
1:1 Sessions. It is a process in which we accompany people to find what kind of positive impact they can generate and what is their inner toolbox.
Branding consulting for brands that want to generate positive impact. We facilitate the process to generate the brand strategy and identity together.
Online Course. The most affordable option to learn how to create a professional and loveable brand that can leave its mark on the world.
I'm passionate about
✔︎ Facilitating group work sessions to create valuable brands
✔︎ Accompanying people to discover their Social Potential and start generating impact TODAY
✔︎ Connect people and organizations so they can expand their potential together
I lived in India for two years. 1 year I worked in a Digital Marketing Start-Up that sold Indian Mythology Courses applied to everyday life. There I learned how digital content has no boundaries and how amazing it is to deliver tools for people to transform their lives.
In the middle between one year and another, I researched and studied everything I could about Social Enterprises. That led me to apply for a scholarship on Social Enterprises and Inclusive Business at HEC París, one of the best business universities in Europe (and I was awarded for my social work! :)). After France, I went to Bangladesh to do an internship with Muhammad Yunus at the Yunus Center, to Nepal to meet a Social Enterprise that empowers women and fosters renewable energy and ... from there I returned to India.
I WANT TO DO THIS ALL MY LIFE
It was the first thing I thought while facilitating a workshop on Branding for Entrepreneurs from a tribe of Calcutta during my second year in India. During that year I worked with Fair Trade India, an organization that brings together the Fair Trade certified organizations of India.
We jointly created a research paper on how Fair Trade brings value to Social Enterprises. I traveled through different cities in India to meet and understand in-depth, from the field, how Social Enterprises work, and also advised on communication and branding strategies to some of them during my visits. In India, I met a GREAT Ecosystem that fostered the development of Social Enterprises.
I always believe that traveling is the answer to everything. But I believe more strongly in that when it comes to learning about what you really care about in a place where that is developed at a far superior level.
I met my partner, Vir Romero, who also saw the same thing as me in India and together we decided to promote and foster the development of Social Enterprises Ecosystems. We do it through:
Immersion trips to India where people can learn about Social Enterprises business models and understand firsthand which are the key factors for the Ecosystem to develop.
Workshops for the Ecosystem where we bring together professionals from the academy, the public sector, the financial world, communication, legal and many others, to learn how Social Enterprises work, what is the role of each actor and how we can generate partnerships together.
SOCIAL ENTERPRISES ARE A MIX BETWEEN AN NGO AND A COMPANY. THEY SOLVE AND MITIGATE SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES THROUGH PROFITABLE BUSINESS MODELS.
Linking between people from different countries allows us to promote Social Enterprises, share ideas, tools, methodologies and opportunities that expand the capacities we have individually.
Moving from the individual to the collective reaffirms me every day that it is the only way to co-build solutions that are sustainable and that generate a positive impact on the planet and on the society.
THE TRANSFORMING POWER OF ART
... is something that always fascinated me. I love writing since I have reason and taking pictures - especially portraits - since I had the opportunity to have a camera.
My brother is a talented artist, self-taught muralist, and together we manage projects for brands, organizations and people who want to make use of art as a tool to communicate messages, values, ideas and transform their spaces.
We love projects that seek to generate positive social impact and muralism is part of it. Our dream team has everything that is needed in terms of strategy and creativity to bring ideas to the walls and hearts.
